Summary:
The Member Development Regional Consultant will support Pioneers field workers by providing support, resources and care to empower healthy, faithful and resilient members who are flourishing as they passionately reflect the heart of God.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a gift for encouragement and shepherding
- Professional demeanor with excellent listening, reflection, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
- Ability to effectively engage with pastors and field workers

Relevant experience in:
- Overseas ministry (minimum of four years of field experience or equivalent)
- Theological or Discipleship training
- Mentoring, coaching, or debriefing
- Willingness and ability to travel both internationally and domestically
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a personal ministry support account
- Provide proactive and responsive care for field members in an assigned global region
- Align with and support the goals, direction, and priorities of the Member Development Team
- Execute tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Lead Regional Consultant and Senior Director of Member Development
- Collaborate with sending church pastors or designees regarding missionary needs
- Communicate regularly with field staff, churches, and leaders while maintaining proper documentation
- Engage with field leaders to address specific needs as they arise
- Keep leadership informed of elevated cases requiring attention
- Develop and facilitate training sessions on member development topics as needed
- Conduct debriefings for members on home assignment
- Assist in planning and facilitating events on behalf of the team
