Responsibilities for the Onsite Helpdesk Technician include:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Document and track issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system
- Provide step-by-step technical assistance and guidance
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- 2 years of support and troubleshooting experience
- Strong knowledge of computer, networks, and audio systems
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software (Microsoft Suite/Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to configure devices such as laptops and TVs
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified)
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
