Piper Maddox is seeking a highly organized Operations Support Analyst to join our Business Planning Team. As an Operations Support Analyst, you will contribute to ensuring the efficient operation of our clients' logistics and financial processes related to niche products and system integration services.
You will work closely with various internal and external business groups, handling daily shipments and billing activities, and communicating with locations in Korea and manufacturing subsidiaries in the U.S.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing daily shipments and billing activities
- Ensuring smooth operation of logistics and financial processes
- Collaborating with logistics, finance, sales, and external partners to support seamless operations and address any issues that may arise
- Preparing and maintaining detailed records of shipments, revenue transactions, and generating reports to support business operations and decision-making
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve logistics and financial processes
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, finance, or a related field, preferably within the energy or manufacturing industry
- Experience in international communication and coordination an advantage
- Familiarity with Battery Energy Storage Systems or similar products a plus but not required
