Panama City Beach's newest attraction is scheduling interviews for an experienced Bar Manager!
Responsibilities of position include :
- Supervise all operations of the bar and bar service to maximize profitability and conform to all alcoholic beverage regulations.
- Ensure all food items are prepared in compliance with organizational guidelines along with health and safety regulations.
- Fill in was needed to ensure guest experience exceeds their expectations.
- Schedule employees as needed in anticipation of business levels for the week.
- Inventory control and management
- Oversee small retail space within same area.
Ideal candidate will have (2) years of bar management experience along with strong communication and leadership skills. Candidate will also have a proven track record in prioritizing the guest experience. Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
