Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory, purchasing, and cost control
- Lead and train a team of bartenders, ensuring exceptional service and consistency
- Develop and implement a seasonal cocktail program that aligns with our coastal cuisine
- Monitor bar performance, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
- Foster a positive and professional team culture focused on hospitality and efficiency
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of bar management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or bar
- 4 years experience in a restaurant manager or supervisor/lead role
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, guest-first mentality
- Knowledge of cocktail trends, spirits, beer, and wine
- Ability to manage bar costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through excellent service and beverage innovation
