Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory, purchasing, and cost control

Lead and train a team of bartenders, ensuring exceptional service and consistency

Develop and implement a seasonal cocktail program that aligns with our coastal cuisine

Monitor bar performance, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations

Foster a positive and professional team culture focused on hospitality and efficiency

What We're Looking For :

2 years of bar management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or bar

4 years experience in a restaurant manager or supervisor / lead role

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, guest-first mentality

Knowledge of cocktail trends, spirits, beer, and wine

Ability to manage bar costs, inventory, and supplier relationships

Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through excellent service and beverage innovation
