🎯 Qualify & Manage Leads: Turn inquiries into lifelong clients by understanding their needs and presenting creative solutions.
🤝 Build & Maintain Relationships: Become a trusted advisor for homeowners, property managers, and business owners.
📊 Manage the Sales Process: From first contact to contract, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
🖥 Utilize CRM Tools: Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and sales goals.
📐 Collaborate with Our Team: Work closely with our designers, project managers, and field teams to deliver exceptional results.
🌿 Create Tailored Solutions: Whether it’s landscape maintenance, a full design-build project, or property enhancements, you’ll craft solutions that meet our clients' visions and budgets.

🌳 What You Bring to the Team:
✅ 1-3 years of sales and/or business development experience in the landscape industry (or a strong passion for it!)
✅ Experience with hardscapes & softscapes (big plus!)
✅ A creative mindset with a drive for problem-solving and innovation
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills (You’re a natural people person!)
✅ Time management ninja skills—you juggle multiple projects with ease
✅ Willingness to travel locally throughout the day to meet clients
✅ A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Comfortable with sales metrics and being accountable for goals
✅ Ability to work independently & as part of a team
✅ Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons (because landscaping is seasonal, but our team is year-round!)
