What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Color Coordinator position at Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service?
The Seasonal Color Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Fine Gardening Manager in the design, implementation, planting and management of the Maintenance Department Seasonal Color Program. They will also assist Account Managers in the sale of enhancements through site visits, design work and material acquisition. The Seasonal Color Coordinator reports to the Fine Gardening Manager. Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Assist with Off Season Responsibilities :
- Build seasonal color designs for bed spaces and containers.
- Enter annual data in software program for contract approval (Annuals materials and pricing).
- Create templates for installs to distribute to crew leaders.
- Train and work with other maintenance employees at the shop and on client sites.
Assist with Annuals, Displays and Decorations :
Assist In the Yard :
Greenhouse management : organize and water plants daily to expedite crew departures in the morning and / or delegate tasks.
Oversee return of all decorations, unused annuals, tools and extra material, along with the appropriate paperwork or software data entry.
