Job Title: Sales Assistant to CEO
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour
Schedule: 8am-5pm with occasional nights and weekends as needed

The Scope of Work
- Assist with handling of calls and correspondence.
- Assist with lead generation activities and development of client relationships.
- Support consistent communication with clients and service providers.
- Assist in development and management of marketing initiatives such as neighborhood farming, client appreciation events, and social media campaigns.
- Prepare and maintain transaction files, audit contract files, and assist in document management
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for showings, client meetings, and other key events. Conducting showings and attending meetings independently as needed.
- Research and analyze data related to property values, market trends, and financial aspects of real estate projects and properties.
- Assist with the preparation of documents such as listings, leases, purchase agreements, and contracts, ensuring all documents are properly maintained and audit-ready.
- Proactively assess future tasks and projects, to effectively prioritize the workload and address potential challenges in advance.
- Perform financial analysis on real estate projects and properties to deliver insights that aid in decision making process.
- 80% onsite/in office, 20% offsite within Metro area
- Coordinate special projects, appointments, errands, and additional job duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with executives, agents, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Familiarity with real estate tools like MLS, Dotloop, and CRM software is a plus.
- Demonstrates initiative, is self-motivated, and shows a desire for continuous professional growth.
- A team player who can collaborate across departments while maintaining a positive, service-based attitude.
- Candidates must possess an active Nebraska real estate license or must be actively taking applicable classes to prepare for licensure.
