We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team on a Part Time Basis.
This role will be onsite with a Monday-Wednesday work week.
Responsibilities include:
- Accounts payable coordination and daily functions
- Data entry, spreadsheets management
- Reconcile, process and track bills, invoices and expenses
- Display exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain accurate and organized records
Required skill set
- Prior experience (mid-level 3-5 years)
- QuickBooks Desktop experience (accounts payable)
- Comfortable with Excel (data entry)
- Attention to detail and a natural instinct to double-check work.
- A resourceful, problem-solving mindset
- Self-starter, strong communicator
Part-Time: 15-20 hours per week
