Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing schedules, overseeing clerical tasks, and supporting human resources functions. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate office schedules, including meetings and appointments.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide support for human resources activities, including onboarding and training development.
  • Supervise front desk activities, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination for company events or meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Skills

  • Strong schedule management capabilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in human resources functions is preferred.
  • Proven ability to supervise staff and manage office dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
  • Experience in event planning is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at the front desk while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $13.00 - $18.99 per hour
