Summary
The Wholesale Administrator position is a support role for the wholesale team. The role will encompass daily date entry, building purchase orders, B2B communication and organization od wholesale account paperwork and delivery schedules. Must possess strong data entry skills, an understanding of cannabis B2B sales, strong organizational skills, and the ability to use cloud-based accounting software and/or CRM tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Building daily purchase orders for wholesale accounts through cloud-based accounting software and/or on CRM tools.
Management of internal data sheets and web-based platforms for wholesale
Communication between internal teams and 3rd party wholesale accounts
Organization of wholesale paperwork and invoices
Data entry of weekly sales numbers
Building of weekly wholesale menu
Coordination with distribution team and 3rd party wholesale accounts to schedule deliveries
Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
Assist with the implement of company policies, standard operating procedures and performance standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Administrative experience with focus on data entry preferred.

Must possess a Nevada State Agent Card and be 21 years of age or older.
