As a Wholesale Coordinator, you will be the central contact for our dealerships to manage the vehicle sales process for old inventory. This includes managing the auction process and ensuring units are properly scheduled for sale. You will be critical to supporting our dealerships financial health and maintaining a robust inventory for guests across our family of dealerships.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to make responsible financial decisions based on data or market trends.
- Continued follow-up with inspections and ensuring vehicles are at industry standards.
- Listing vehicles on the inventory management system.
- Effectively work with and communicate with stores and vendors.
- Educating General Managers on market trends so they are better equipped to appropriately value the vehicles.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience with valuing cars (dealership level or auctions)
- Certifications: Possess a valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Skills:
- Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets
- A strong desire to succeed with a willingness to learn and take direction
- A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, intermediate or advanced Excel preferred
