Automotive Dispatcher

Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a superstar DISPATCHER for our dealership in Franklin, MA. This rare opportunity is to replace our current DISPATCHER who has been promoted due to a retirement. WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE VERY BEST!

The perfect candidate could be an automotive technician, service writer, assistant service manager or service manager now, or in the past, and is looking to move into a leadership role.

The ideal candidate:

· Will be the maestro for the shop! You will have a vision for the way the shop will run and the abilities to accomplish it.

· Will have extensive technical knowledge

· Moves the maximum amount of jobs through the shop each day at the highest quality level

· Dispatches appropriate job to appropriate technician to maximize efficiency

· Earns the respect of our team members and develops people

· Fosters exceptional relationships with co-workers

· Leads with a track record of uncompromising integrity and honesty

· Maintains and improves sales, production, and efficiency

· Maintains and improves our best-in-class Google rating and customer satisfaction levels

Compensation:

Salary plus bonus. $70,000 - $100,000
