Duties

- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest services.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and courteously.
- Experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Knowledge of guest relations and services to create memorable experiences for visitors.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
