Executive Communications Specialist
Location : Fully remote
Duration : 5 months
Pay : Up to $46.65 / hour DOE
Planet Interactive is looking for an Executive Communications Specialist to join our well known retail brand on a 5-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and is fully remote. This role requires having experience working on executive communications.
Executive Communications Specialist Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to achieve business objectives, specifically focused on executive and internal communications related to technology
- Write and edit compelling, high-quality technology-based content for various channels, including executive memos, presentations, email, and social media posts
- Craft highly detail-oriented, polished presentation materials
- Create and edited Company-branded hype videos
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from within the Technology department, including Corporate Communications and Strategy, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive executive communications calendar to ensure timely and effective communication of key messages and initiatives.
- Provide executive communications support for events and other business initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans for communications initiatives and programs
- Monitor and analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our communications strategies.
