We are seeking a detail-oriented and high performing and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of our 4 locations.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the locations, communication with staff, including coordinating schedules, maintaining calendars, and overseeing office supplies and facility maintenance.
  • Promote positive sales culture to build productivity
  • Prepare for future growth through staff recruitment and development
  • Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of receipts, keep shelves full and products priced accordingly.
  • Oversee all locations to ensure completion of assigned daily job duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong Customer Service skills

Retail Management experience is a plus!
