We are seeking a detail-oriented and high performing and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of our 4 locations.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the locations, communication with staff, including coordinating schedules, maintaining calendars, and overseeing office supplies and facility maintenance.
- Promote positive sales culture to build productivity
- Prepare for future growth through staff recruitment and development
- Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of receipts, keep shelves full and products priced accordingly.
- Oversee all locations to ensure completion of assigned daily job duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong Customer Service skills
Retail Management experience is a plus!
