Must Haves

• CPA or CMA
• 10 years progressive experience within a finance team
• 5 years managing a team and experience presenting to the board
• Engineering Firm experience
• Experience out of similarly sized organizations, 150M in revenue , ~500 employee organization
• Experience managing the M&A process, from due diligence and negotiations through acquisition

Job Description: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will partner with the management team and Board of Directors to identify opportunities for improving service delivery for the company and clients. The CFO will oversee proposals, service pricing, and manage the performance of the accounting department. They will also have potential ownership in the company.
