Job Description
Planet Technology’s direct end-user client is looking for an IT Project Manager (Help Desk) to join them for a 3 month contract in the Des Plaines, IL area; this will be a hybrid position that requires 2-3 days onsite per week. The client is looking to transform their help desk/customer service platform and needs help managing the project.

Qualifications
- 5 years of Project Management experience, with a background in Customer Service and IT
- Help desk technology experience, Zendesk highly preferred
- Experience managing Customer Service projects and initiatives
- Experience improving process, creating documentation, recommending changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
