PositionSummary:
The Director of Philanthropy is responsible for planning and implementing a fundraising development program with an emphasis on securing major gifts via private funding for general operations, special campaigns and restricted priorities and will identify, cultivate, and solicit individual major gift prospects. The Director of Philanthropy will have an assigned portfolio of donors and donor prospects to cultivate and steward comprised of supporters from PPHP's four service counties. Travel and flexibility is required, as well as some evenings and weekends.
\n$105,000 - $115,000 annual salary depending upon new graduate or years of relevant experience. Includes an additional quarterly incentive program. In addition: PPHP offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, Voluntary Benefits, may be eligible for a (Paid) Maternity Leave after one year of employment, Tuition Reimbursement Program, Quarterly Bonus program and a 401(k) Plan with a match.
