Starting Pay: Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for this position is $77,688.60 - $88,051.10 Per Year.

Primary Areas of Responsibility/Essential Functions:
Recruitment Planning:
- Develop and implement a recruitment plan to fulfill strategy in alignment with organizational values, goals and hiring needs.
- Coach and collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring strategy based on position.
- Manage recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and ensure consistent, equitable, and thoughtful hiring practices.
- Position the organization as a desirable place to work while also establishing realistic job previews.
- Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and belonging within the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Foster an inclusive hiring experience that ensures all candidates feel valued and welcomed, reinforcing a culture of belonging.
Staff supervision
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiting and onboarding specialists.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor team performance and ensure that recruitment and onboarding goals are met.
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Manage Bilingual testing program
- Ensuring the utilization of various recruitment channels to source candidates.
- Utilize and manage applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment process.
- Develop internal processes and educational opportunities for managers and monitor for compliance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
New Hire Onboarding Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process and tools to support supervisors in successfully integrating new employees into the organization.
- Manage onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, training programs, and introduction to company policies and culture.
Agency Wide Staff Development:
- Develop and implement training opportunities to support agency wide professional development goals in collaboration with the Engagement Manager
- Participate in training programs and support supervisors in creating effective hiring plans and development paths for staff.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes comply with employment laws and regulations and PPFA accreditation standards.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of recruitment and onboarding strategies.
Abortion Care: We all work in abortion care, whether it is referrals, information, education, counseling, performing, scheduling, etc. In this role, you will provide leadership for abortion providers and direct care, education, and services for patients who have or may be seeking abortion care with PPRM.
