Project Manager
PlanStreet Inc. - Lexington, Kentucky (On-Site)
As a Project Manager, you will lead multiple PlanStreet case management implementation projects. Your primary focus will be ensuring the seamless integration of PlanStreet's SaaS solution into clients' business operations within the human services and public sectors. You will supervise the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis to final implementation, while maintaining strong client relationships and adhering to project scope.
Role Description: We are looking for a project manager to oversee multiple PlanStreet case management implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in ERP implementation within the human services and public sectors and a solid background in project management. This individual should be highly motivated, exhibit exceptional planning, coordination, and communication skills, and excel in a fast-paced, high-visibility, and impactful environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a project portfolio manager, overseeing multiple project lifecycles within the defined scope.
- Manage client relationships and project scope while implementing PlanStreet's SaaS solution.
- Analyze all aspects of clients' business operations to align their processes with PlanStreet's solution.
- Determine resource requirements for project tasks related to implementation.
- Collaborate with PlanStreet's business analysts and developers to meet clients' business requirements.
- Work with clients' implementation managers on User Acceptance Testing and End User Training.
- Occasionally guide the sales team on complex implementations during pre-sale activities.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of cloud ERP system implementation methodology and tasks within each project phase.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project web/online for project planning and management.
- Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders, articulating the true status of the workstream.
- Coordinate with multiple large cross-functional teams or projects and liaise with management and stakeholders.
- Understand the importance of follow-up and documentation of results.
- Drive abstract and complex project tasks to assist project progression.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, in this highly visible role.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing time and priorities to meet deadlines.
- Maintain composure under pressure in ambiguous and complex situations.
- Exhibit independent thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to changing schedules and work plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong planning, mapping, and communication skills with the ability to make decisions based on new information.
- Affinity with the Information Technology world and understanding of ERP use cases.
- Passion for software and enthusiasm for learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a SaaS or ERP company.
