- 2-4 years of experience in project management, engineering, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and scheduling
- Assign and oversee tasks for project team members
- Review engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and issues
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to quality standards
- Support additional projects as assigned
