Roles and Responsibilities:
• Processing sales orders.
• Invoicing Customers through the Client Relationship Management tool and additional customer portals.
• Serve as the primary point of communication between sales, accounting, and shipping departments.
• Ensure all orders are processed promptly.
• Capture customer payment information and if credit card, process at the convenience of the customer.
• Support Accounting with sales billing
Required skills include:
• Driven and self-directed work ethic
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong, dynamic interpersonal and phone skills
• Concise writing skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred skills include:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with CRM applications
• QuickBooks a plus, but not required
