Plastic Process Equipment, Inc. is the leader supplying accessories and small equipment to the plastic processing industry. We are looking for a qualified sales manager for our inside sales team with experience in the plastics industry. As the leader of our inside sales team, you will be providing the technical product support that both the sales team and customers require. This is a leadership role and an exciting opportunity for the best qualified candidate.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must possess good time management skills.
- work with sales team to resolve customer issues.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Initiate new product development based on customer needs.
- Ability to use sales tracking tools and develop appropriate action plans.
Preferred education and experience:
- College degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience in the plastics industry a must
- Must have a high mechanical aptitude, and understand tolerances.
- Must have experience in a management position.
- Preferred inside industrial distributor sales experience.
- Must possess strong analytical skills.
