Plastipak Manufacturing Leadership Program
An immersive rotational program for new or recent Engineering graduates seeking to accelerate their professional path to a leadership role in the manufacturing industry.
Program Structure
Three US manufacturing plant locations, rotating annually:
- Senior leader mentorship
- Leadership training & development through Plastipak Academy
- End-of-rotation presentations
- Consistent feedback & support
- Exposure to all facets of our business
Year 1 Location A
Hands-on production operations experience and quality or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Engineer experience. Project ownership is also a key aspect of this rotation.
Year 2 Location B
Logistics/Scheduling or Warehouse Leadership experience. Project ownership continues to be an essential part of this rotation.
Year 3 Location C
Tailored experience to support your career objective and prepare for your post-program placement.
Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any of the following disciplines: Engineering, Supply Chain, Packaging Science, Industrial Operations, with an expected graduation date of December 2024 or Spring 2025, or an earned degree anytime after Spring 2023.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Able to relocate at any of our US plant locations and move to each subsequent yearly rotation (relocation assistance provided)
- Demonstrated leadership through extra-curricular, service, or professional groups
- Previous work or internship experience in a manufacturing setting
- Eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
