We are looking for a Residential Living Program Coordinator who is passionate about their work. The position maximizes residential living participation and encourages leadership by scheduling a variety of social events, educational opportunities, recreation, entertainment, and travel.
Shift Availability:
- Full-time: Weekdays with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend activities.

Responsibilities of Residential Living Program Coordinator:
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of residential living activity programming
- Respond to resident requests and preferences; monitor attendance and involvement
- Plan entertainment, small group activities, special events, and travel opportunities
- Maintain residential living directory
- Serve on special planning committees as needed

Requirements
Qualifications of Residential Living Program Coordinator :
- Covid-19 vaccination required as a condition of employment.
- Two years experience in activity programming preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Possess or obtain a valid PA Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Strong desire to work with the senior population
- Strong interpersonal skills with awareness for dignity, respect, compassion and safety
