Director of Human Resources
This shared position provides Human Resources guidance and expertise for two school districts in central Iowa, within close proximity to Des Moines.
Pleasantville and Knoxville Community School Districts are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to coordinate H.R. functions for both districts. Responsibilities include policy development, employee benefits, supervisor support, recruiting processes, administration of H.R. regulations, personnel processes, work comp/FMLA/leave administration, and other H.R. best practices. Qualifications include:
B.A. in Human Resources or related field, or commensurate experience
Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR) or AASPA preferred
5 years in Human Resources Management required
