Your Role:
You will collaborate with our General Manager and be responsible to manage all financial and operational tasks, ensuring the business runs efficiently. Additionally, you'll coordinate with technicians and customers to keep schedules on track and provide 5-Star customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations:
· Answer customer calls professionally, schedule appointments, and resolve concerns
· Keep technicians on schedule and dispatch service calls efficiently
· Follow up with technicians after each call to confirm payments were collected
· Ensure every customer interaction leaves a great impression
· Maintain accurate reports and documentation to support operations
Financial Management:
· Handle General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and Payroll
· Prepare accurate financial statements within five business days of the month’s end
· Ensure payments are collected at the point of service and manage financing paperwork
· Monitor accounts payable and maximize vendor discounts
· Oversee company assets, including vehicles, IT systems, and communications from a financial perspective
What we’re looking For:
· Proven experience in office management with financial expertise
· Strong QuickBooks Desktop skills (REQUIRED)
· Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· A facilitator, team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
Work Location & Schedule:
· In-person role at our local office (Downtown Kent)
· Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4pm with possible overtime on nights and weekends
