Seeking a Water Process Leader
Location: Orlando or Tampa (or within the State of Florida)
At Plummer we believe our people and culture are the two most important factors in reaching our goal of becoming the number one water business in our industry. Achieving this goal hinges on our ability to develop our people and attract top talent, while aligning passionate water professionals with our strategic goals. When we inspire our people around shared goals, lead by example, denounce mediocrity, and challenge the status quo, we create an environment that fosters a culture of ownership, embraces organization-wide changes, and provides an unwavering commitment to the level of excellence required to achieve even the most ambitious goals.
An opportunity with Plummer would involve entrepreneurship, a water focus, the ability to control your own destiny as we grow our business in Florida, and the opportunity to develop Plummer into the number one water business, nationally and globally.
