Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the plastic surgeon during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative procedures.
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including preparing for surgery, monitoring vitals, and assisting in recovery.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-surgical care, ensuring a smooth recovery process.
- Manage medical supplies, patient records, and procedural documentation.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment in compliance with medical protocols.
- Support non-surgical procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation (training provided if needed).
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, or perioperative nursing is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build patient trust.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both English and Russian is required.
