We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our plastic surgery clinic in Miami. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Russian and English and have excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting with potential clients about available procedures and services.
- Following up with leads and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintaining and updating the client database to track leads, consultations, and conversions.
- Collaborating with the medical team to provide accurate information about procedures.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the clinic.
- Handling customer concerns professionally and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian and English (both spoken and written).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical, beauty, or wellness industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
