What You Will Do:
Your main responsibility is to facilitate and keep projects moving forward by ensuring clear communication and organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
- Scheduling and leading project check-ins with clients and the internal team.
- Keeping digital marketing projects on schedule by tracking milestones and deadlines.
- Ensuring the digital marketing team has everything they need to complete their tasks.
- Identifying potential roadblocks and working to resolve them before they cause delays.
- Documenting client feedback and communicating updates to the appropriate team members.
- Maintaining organization across multiple projects, using project management tools.
