Your main responsibility is to facilitate and keep projects moving forward by ensuring clear communication and organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
• Scheduling and leading project check-ins with clients and the internal team.
• Keeping digital marketing projects on schedule by tracking milestones and deadlines.
• Ensuring the digital marketing team has everything they need to complete their tasks.
• Identifying potential roadblocks and working to resolve them before they cause delays.
• Documenting client feedback and communicating updates to the appropriate team members.
• Maintaining organization across multiple projects, using project management tools.
