Job Title: Sample and Photography Coordinator
Part Time
Reports to: VP of Product Development
Job Description:
The Part time Sample Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of our samples. From Sample storage to taking photos and creating archive files.
Job Duties:
· Checking in samples that arrive from our China factories and 3rd Party fill facilities
· Taking photos of all samples and keep them organized on the Shared Server.
· Boxing and sending samples to Customers and 3rd Party Fill Facilities
· Coordinate Courier for Target samples and scan RFID codes and enter them into Target’s Spark System.
· Learning basic photo shop skills to clean photos and saving them on Shared Server.
· Organizing and filing fabric samples in Company Fabric Library
· Ordering shipping supplies
· Responsible for organizing samples rooms and keeping office clear of samples in aisles and other public areas
· Keep Records of offsite storage facility
· Coordinating all product give away with Charitable Organizations.
· Putting together In factory Audit Books
· Do additional Project upon request

Qualifications:
· Ability to work Monday through Friday
· 0-3 years of experience
· Expert in Microsoft office
· Willingness to learn basic Photoshop skills
· Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot challenges.
· Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and meet required deadlines
· Photography knowledge preferred
· Some fabric knowledge helpful

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
