About the Chapter
Project Management Institute (PMI) is a global non-profit association dedicated to advancing the profession of project management. The PMI San Francisco Bay Area Chapter (PMI-SFBAC) is one of the largest PMI chapters with a membership base of over 3000 members and still growing. The chapter is led by volunteers, and roles are open to PMI members. Some of the chapter activities include, but are not limited to: organizing events, regional seminars, and certification programs. Members of PMI-SFBAC enjoy the benefits of participating in exciting events, meeting new peers, and sharing knowledge and expertise.
Volunteer Pool
By joining the Volunteer Pool, you are letting Chapter leaders know you may be available to work on project teams, help at events, and may be considered for roles in the organization. If you didn't see a particular volunteer opportunity that fir your needs, but are interested in working with the Chapter, the Volunteer Pool is a good place to start.
