**Job Overview:**
We're looking for an admin assistant / bookkeeper to join our team in Commerce. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to the smooth operation of an office, this role is perfect for you.
**Duties:**
- Accounting, Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivables, and Accounts Payables.
- Invoicing, record keeping, reporting.
- Provide customer support through emails.
- Support specific tasks and operations as needed.
**Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.50 - $20.55 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
