Podiatry Office is looking for a professional receptionist/administrative assistant to support our Ashburn office. This is a part time entry level position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, collecting fees, verifying insurance benefits/coverage, preparing statements, book keeping, office supply monitoring/ordering and overall office maintenance. Office administration experience a plus but not a requirement.
We are seeking a professional administrator with exceptional customer service skills who is organized, self initiator, QUICK LEARNER, DETAIL ORIENTED and motivated to grow with the company. Looking for someone who is quick on their feet, has good judgement, takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged.
