Key Responsibilities

• Manage Field Service Supervisors: Oversee the performance of field service supervisors, technicians, and partners to ensure compliance with company guidelines regarding quality, customer service, safety, work-order completion, and productivity requirements.
• Develop Department Employees: Responsible for the training and development of department employees, including providing guidance on technical procedures and best practices.
• Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with customers, management, employees, and installation and service partners to resolve issues and provide support.
