We provide lighting systems for heliport and offshore helideck lighting projects, including hospitals, oil rigs, and marine vessels. Additionally, we manufacture aviation obstruction lighting systems for cell towers, wind turbines, tall buildings, and major industrial sites. All of our products are proudly made in the USA and certified to various safety and quality standards, such as FAA, ICAO, ATEX, IECEx, CE, and CSA.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service & Inside Sales position. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling customer inquiries, maintaining relationships with lighting reps, electrical distributors & export customers, assisting with sales transactions, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Strong email & phone etiquette and communication skills externally & internally
- Ability to learn order entry procedures and order scheduling thru to shipment
- Familiarity with a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Ability to grasp product features & technical concepts
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in normal computer software & ability to be trained on our MRP system
