LEAD RN, REGISTERED NURSE OVERVIEW: Seeking a full time RN for a lead position within our assisted living facility.

- Day to day oversight of the LPN and home health aide staff
- Ensuring resident care is delivered
- Ensuring continuity of care
- Perform audits as directed
- Complete assessments as needed both start of care and annually
- Attend regular meetings with the DPS and keep DPS and director of compliance up to date.
