HUMAN RESOURCES & COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance according to Joint Commission and all state, local requirements, as well as all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all employees & independent contractors receive all required training according to Joint Commission & state & local requirements.
- Assisting department managers with talent recruitment.
- Assisting departments in overseeing disciplinary actions for all employees & independent contractors
- Oversee and coordinate quality assurance and quality improvement processes and procedures, including record audits and development of Corrective Action Plans & Performance Improvement Plans.
- Manage & coordinate onboarding & offboarding procedures and requirements for all employees & independent contractors in multiple states.
- Navigate employee relations through counseling and guidance, including investigations and outcomes. Balancing the needs of employees with organizational needs.
- Provided support for any HR issues including reviews, company handbook and workers comp claims.
- Report any disciplinary actions to COO & CEO and consult with legal team if necessary.
- Manage HRIS platform and ensure HR files are up to date.
- Assist in research, planning and organization of training programs & events that may fit needs of organization, departments and individuals.
- Manage the preparation and processing of payroll for personnel.
- Oversee & coordinate employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, cobra, 401K set-up & contributions, benefits enrollment, Workman’s Compensation, & Liability. Work directly with Insurance brokers on all insurance renewals.
- Consult with senior business leaders on compensation impacts and developing creative solutions on a variety of total compensation matters, including setting appropriate pay levels, base pay, and annual incentives.
- Conduct in depth market analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
- Prepare reports as requested by banks, insurance companies, and government agencies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- Experience in administration of behavioral health or mental health
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Intermediate computer Skills (Word, Excel, email, internet)
