About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Polyschool Training Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of Polyschool training activities, including providing technical information, evaluating demonstrations, and ensuring timely ordering and delivery of materials and supplies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct Polyschool training events.
- Organize and establish products and quantities required for training events.
- Order and deliver materials, supplies, tools, and equipment on time.
- Supervise and instruct technical staff as needed to support training events.
- Prepare demonstration decks and execute hands-on demonstrations for trainees.
- Dispose of used materials properly and return supplies and equipment to designated locations.
- Support sales teams with technical information and promotional activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and web-based applications.
- Previous experience as a Roofing Manufacturers' Representative, Roofing Inspector, or Roofing Contractor is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
