Job Description
Expectations
Accountable for assurance of quality within Polyplex, and Interact internally and with customers to resolve technical issues & provide them with Solutions. Needs to be able to manage in a team setting in order to complete all lab functions and reports.
- Standardization of product specifications & internal processes to meet customer requirements and compliances
- Test Methods, Sampling methods, and qualification criteria (for input, in process and outgoing products)
- Understanding the customer processes and expectations for existing & new products
- Develop & ensure systems as per ISO requirements
- Formalize all such analysis methods with respect to different situations so that analysis/inspection can be standardized
- Standardization by Analysis & process improvements
- Institute appropriate quality assurance system to ensure repeatability on overall product quality & performance - ISO systems & other relevant industry standards
- Manage laboratory functions, tests, equipment and reports
- Manage the CAPA process (Corrective & Preventative Action) internally & externally
- Coordinate with internal & external customers
- Conduct periodic audits as per scope
- Receive samples from prospective customers for testing
- Conduct testing and reporting of findings to Quality and Technical Services Manager
