Job Summary:
We are looking for a Plant Administrative Coordinator plays a support role in coordinating backup and support of critical functions in the Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance and Human Resources areas.
Duties:Supply Chain Support:
- Play a lead role in the purchasing of all ancillary goods and non-steel materials.
- Understands the plant production schedules and provides critical plant scheduling support when needed.
- Enter purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Maintain spreadsheet for raw material analysis.
- Create production orders for all plant manufacturing processes.
- Prepare consignment report to vendors.
- Assist with Doc Link document processing.
Finance Support:
- Supports Accounts Receivable process when needed.
- Supports administrative aspects of inventory cycle counting.
- Supports miscellaneous accounting/finance duties.
Human Resources and Administrative Support:
- Backup payroll processing weekly.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and benefit enrollments.
- Plant administrative special projects and administrative assignments.
- Support tracking of training documentation.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
Other:
· Other duties as required.

- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent Excel skills and analytical abilities.
