PC Imaging Technician
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Windows Device Deployment & Imaging
- Configure and deploy Windows devices using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Clonezilla, or Ghost
- Ensure seamless Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP) for end-users with cloud-based enrollment processes.
- Manage and update Intune profiles, compliance policies, and application deployments.
- Troubleshoot Autopilot provisioning failures, device enrollment issues, and policy conflicts.
- Device & Endpoint Management
Requirements:
- Experience with system imaging tools such as SCCM, MDT, Acronis, Clonezilla, or Ghost.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, network configurations, and IT security principles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certifications) are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- PC / laptop imaging: 1 year (Preferred)
- imaging tools (ghost, SCCM, Intune): 1 year (Preferred)
- Software troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Active Directory: 1 year (Preferred)
- PC / laptop deployment / installation: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Pittsburgh, PA 15202 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Pittsburgh, PA 15202: Relocate before starting work (Required)
