PC Imaging Technician

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Windows Device Deployment & Imaging
• Configure and deploy Windows devices using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Clonezilla, or Ghost
• Ensure seamless Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP) for end-users with cloud-based enrollment processes.
• Manage and update Intune profiles, compliance policies, and application deployments.
• Troubleshoot Autopilot provisioning failures, device enrollment issues, and policy conflicts.
• Device & Endpoint Management

Requirements:

• Experience with system imaging tools such as SCCM, MDT, Acronis, Clonezilla, or Ghost.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, network configurations, and IT security principles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certifications) are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• PC / laptop imaging: 1 year (Preferred)
• imaging tools (ghost, SCCM, Intune): 1 year (Preferred)
• Software troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Active Directory: 1 year (Preferred)
• PC / laptop deployment / installation: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Pittsburgh, PA 15202 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Pittsburgh, PA 15202: Relocate before starting work (Required)
