TITLE: Front Office Administrator
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Executive Director
CONTROLLING SUPERVISOR: Chair
Pay Range: $16.00 to $20.00/hour
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree, Vocational/Technical Training in Business, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least two (2) years related experience. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proofreading and editing skills, demonstrated planning skills and abilities, and demonstrated familiarity with federal programs. Must possess basic clerical skills, office equipment skills, and intermediate computer skills. Must have a knowledge of General Service Administration (GSA) regulations in regard to travel and vehicles and a general knowledge of all aspects of insurance, i.e. workman’s comp, liability, and property.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verifies and processes all paperwork for travel prior to arrangements being made and upon return of traveler.
- Makes travel arrangements for all tribal governmental employees and elected officials if on tribal business.
- Keep a current travel database.
- Communicate with the Accounting Department for all travel purposes.
- Maintains milage and maintenance log (electronic data sheet) of all vehicles.
- Process paperwork for new vehicle and property insurance
- Keep updated files and records on all aspects of insurance policies.
- Review policies with insurance company as needed.
- Run Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) on all tribal employees upon hiring and each year.
- Keep all vehicle registration current.
- Will supervise Front Desk area and floaters.
- Completes all paperwork involving all insurance claims or incidents.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the immediate/controlling supervisor.
Salary : $16 - $20
