Office Manager

Pool Scouts is a leading residential pool service company with multiple business units across Dallas-Fort Worth. Our growing local business is looking for a reliable, highly organized, customer-focused Office Manager to direct daily operations. This friendly, capable individual will develop and maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate office and field operations.

Responsibilities :

• Sell initial and recurring service to residential pool owners via inbound calls
• Proactively engage existing customer base via outbound calls
• Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers
• Manage customer work orders, invoicing, and billing via business management software
• Manage technicians, service schedules
• Manage inventory of materials and chemicals
• Assist in local marketing capacities
