We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pool Repair Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pool repair department. This role involves managing a team of repair technicians, scheduling service appointments, ensuring timely and high-quality pool repair services, and occasionally performing hands-on repair work. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing leadership with technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in swimming pool repair and maintenance preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Jandy, Hayward, and Pentair product lines, including heat pumps.
- Experience using cloud-based calendar or dispatching boards
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work and manage multiple tasks effectively.
