We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pool Repair Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pool repair department. This role involves managing a team of repair technicians, scheduling service appointments, ensuring timely and high-quality pool repair services, and occasionally performing hands-on repair work. - Coordinate and assign daily repair jobs to technicians
- Ensure billing clerk has proper information to communicate with customers to schedule repair appointments
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and customer needs
- Supervise and support pool repair technicians in the field
- Assist with training, mentoring, and evaluating team performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and plumbing
- Troubleshoot structural or mechanical issues in residential and commercial pools
- Maintain inventory of tools and parts and ensure proper use and care of company equipment
- Serve as point-of-contact for escalated service issues
- Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and customer expectations
- Provide quotes and explain repair recommendations to customers when needed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pool repair or related field
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
- Strong knowledge of pool systems, equipment, and repair techniques preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
